RESERVATIONS AND TICKETS

• When can I use the purchased ticket?

  You can use it on any day during the museum's opening hours. The purchased ticket is valid for 12 months.

• Can I buy a ticket on site?

  Yes, tickets can be purchased directly at the museum, but we recommend online purchase - only on our website we have discounted and group tickets available.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

• How much time is needed to visit the museum?

  A standard visit takes about 45-60 minutes. For photography groups it may be longer - up to 90 minutes.

• From what age can children visit the museum?

  The museum is suitable for all age groups. Children under 3 years old enter for free, but must be under constant adult supervision.

• Can I bring a stroller to the museum?

  Generally yes, but our museum has stairs and no elevator.

• Can people with disabilities visit the museum?

  Our museum has stairs with handrails. It is not adapted for wheelchairs.

• Are there cloakrooms/lockers for bags?

  Yes, we provide free lockers for bags and backpacks for visitors' convenience.

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING

• How to get to House of Illusions by public transport?

  We are located at 6 Floriańska Street, right next to the Main Market Square. Transportation: trams and buses to the "Słowackiego Theater" or "Main Post Office" stops.

• Where can I park my car?

  The nearest paid parking lots are: Underground Market Square Parking, Szpitalna Parking, and Wielopole Parking. Due to the central location, we recommend public transportation.

VISITING RULES

• Can I take photos?

  Yes! We encourage taking photos in all zones. This is the main attraction of our museum - amazing photographs!

• Can I bring food and drinks to the museum?

  For hygiene reasons, we do not allow bringing food and drinks. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

• Can I bring pets?

  Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs for people with disabilities.

EVENTS AND GROUPS

• Do you organize private events?

  We are working on adapting the space for event organization, currently this is not possible.

• What are the conditions for renting a space for events?

  The space will be available after normal visiting hours or at agreed times. The price depends on the type of event and number of guests. Contact: [phone/email].

• Do teachers and school groups get discounts?

  Yes, we offer special prices for school groups and educational programs. Details in the "School Offer" section.

OTHER

• Are you open on holidays?

  Opening hours on holidays may vary. Current information can be found on our website or by contacting us.

• I lost something in the museum, how can I get it back?

  Contact us by phone or email with a description of the lost item. We store found items for 30 days.

• Do you accept card payments?

  Yes, we accept card payments, BLIK, and cash. Online payments are also available when making reservations.
