You can use it on any day during the museum's opening hours. The purchased ticket is valid for 12 months.

Yes, tickets can be purchased directly at the museum, but we recommend online purchase - only on our website we have discounted and group tickets available.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

A standard visit takes about 45-60 minutes. For photography groups it may be longer - up to 90 minutes.

The museum is suitable for all age groups. Children under 3 years old enter for free, but must be under constant adult supervision.

Generally yes, but our museum has stairs and no elevator.

Our museum has stairs with handrails. It is not adapted for wheelchairs.

Yes, we provide free lockers for bags and backpacks for visitors' convenience.
TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING

We are located at 6 Floriańska Street, right next to the Main Market Square. Transportation: trams and buses to the "Słowackiego Theater" or "Main Post Office" stops.

The nearest paid parking lots are: Underground Market Square Parking, Szpitalna Parking, and Wielopole Parking. Due to the central location, we recommend public transportation.
VISITING RULES

Yes! We encourage taking photos in all zones. This is the main attraction of our museum - amazing photographs!

For hygiene reasons, we do not allow bringing food and drinks. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs for people with disabilities.
EVENTS AND GROUPS

We are working on adapting the space for event organization, currently this is not possible.

The space will be available after normal visiting hours or at agreed times. The price depends on the type of event and number of guests. Contact: [phone/email].
